**The Opportunity**:
Veolia is looking for a National Customer Resolution Officer to join our team based in West Gosford, 2250. In this role you will use your excellent communication, problem
solving skills and your empathy to resolve customer invoice disputes in a timely

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Receive and investigate customer invoice disputes striving to provide appropriate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyse customer invoicing issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to resolve problems promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance, to resolve Customer invoicing disputes.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in a busy working environment.
- Professional, proactive and flexible attitude.
- Excellent data entry, keyboard and numeric skills.
