**The Opportunity**:
Heading up our customer resolution team based in West Gosford (2250), you will have the opportunity to showcase your ability to manage the resolution of customer invoice issues. Your skill in designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective processes to drive efficiencies will be key to your team’s efficient and timely solving of customer problems and settling of issues to their full satisfaction.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the National Customer Resolution tea.
- Manage and develop a team of customer resolution specialists, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and productivity
- Handle customer invoicing disputes: receive and investigate customer complaints, issues, and concerns, striving to provide appropriate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance, to resolve customer invoicing inquiries and issues
- Resolve complex escalated issues that cannot be resolved by the Resolutions Officers.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a customer inquiry/resolution team, preferably in a national or multi-regional context
- Experience with debt management and analysis highly regarded
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team.
