The KYC Process Governance Analyst is critical to making this happen and will be accountable for the KYC processes including annual attestations, execution of KYC controls, owners and executors of the KYC change framework and they perform governance over the KYC PCCF operational activities and are accountable for creation of the PCCF business reporting.

**The role responsibilities will include**:
**KYC Change Governance Framework**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Australia Retail & Commercial and Financial Crime to enable influencing policy and process changes

**KYC Process Oversight**:
Working closely with KYC CoE, ANZ Assurance Managers, Financial Crime Advisory, AR&AC Product Owners, and SMEs where relevant for decisioning
KYC Process and Procedure annual attestation
Assist with the development and creation of KYC future state processes
Continued uplift of existing KYC process in Signavio and training procedures
Creation or uplift of KYC PCCF procedure and training documents

**KYC Compliance and Reporting**:
Management of KYC PGO, PCCF and business reporting
Actioning requests resulting from reports
Ability to analyse and resolve reporting anomalies

**KYC Control Framework**:
Execution of KYC PGO quality/control activities and support KYC PCCF Operations controls framework
Governance of PCCF Controls and actioning of identified anomalies
Ongoing uplift of the KYC PCCF governance to ensure result accuracy
Governance over PCCF report obligations and enhance reports where required

**KYC Knowledge Management Hub**:
Quarterly attestation of the KYC Hub content and links.

**Role Location**: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

**Schedule**: Full-time, 40hrs/week

**Role Type**: Permanent

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Basic to good understanding of ANZ systems
Understanding of KYC / OCDD processes
Process mapping experience such as Signavio BPMN
Analysis / Problem solving experience
Ability to make sound decisions through analysis of AML/Risk Policies
Good data analytic skills and MS Excel capabilities
Qlikview reporting knowledge
Ability to liaise effectively with various levels of management & maintain strong referral networks & relationships
Some knowledge of Retail and/or Commercial products.
