The venue has gone through several years of redevelopment and with further renovations planned to further enhance the venue into one of Australia's finest luxury retreats; if not the World.

**The Role**

This is a role for an amazing Front Office Manager who has a background in luxury hotels, you will be required to be a hands-on operator responsible for managing the venue. You will need to be passionate about providing outstanding customer service, a proven motivator, a love for making every guest feel special and a background in Food and Beverage also.

**Skills and Attributes**
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in fine dining or a 5 star hotel/resorts
- Must be a proven motivator, leader and mentor
- Management of a strong, established and extremely professional team
- Exceptional communicator with a proactive can do attitude
- Work within budgets and KPI's with a strong business focus
