**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns that align with clients' goals and target audiences.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics, making real-time adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide insightful analysis to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad designs and messaging are aligned with campaign objectives.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in utilizing advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and associated analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of SEM, PPC, and paid social strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present campaign strategies and results to clients.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to evolving trends.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
