**Introduction**:
We are seeking a driven and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-evolving digital landscape and is skilled in purchasing and optimising online ad spaces and marketing strategies. Join us to play a key role in shaping our digital advertising efforts and driving the success of our online campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement digital media buying strategies across various online platforms including social media, search engines, and programmatic advertising channels.
- Negotiate and purchase digital ad space efficiently while staying within budget.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, assess key metrics, and optimize spend based on performance data.
- Work closely with the the creative team to ensure ads are targeted effectively to the right audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and technology advancements, incorporating new ideas into future campaigns.
- Manage relationships with digital media vendors and platform representatives to ensure we have the latest tools and knowledge.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and share insights with the team to guide future campaigns.
- Ensure all digital media initiatives align with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital media buying or digital advertising.
- Strong familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem, including SEO/SEM, PPC, display, video, and social media advertising.
- Proficient in using digital media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Reports and Trueprofit).
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
