**What this opportunity involves**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Change and Communications Manager to join our team. This position is a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2025, with the possibility of extension or conversion.

As the Change and Communications Manager, you will play a key role in leading the successful implementation and adoption of changes across our portfolio of programs. You will work closely with the Portfolio Integrations Director, Business Leads, and Program & Change Sponsor to develop and design a strategic approach to ensure the smooth adoption and embedding of changes in systems, processes, people, and culture.

Whilst this is a hybrid role, you are required to be based in Melbourne with ability to attend the office for face-to-face client and business meetings.

**What this role involves**:
Develop and implement a robust Change Management Framework, both internally and externally focused, ensuring sound governance and consistency in change management processes and measurement of adoption.
Design strategic initiatives to increase business readiness, take-up, and sustained adoption, in alignment with program objectives and benefits.
Drive stakeholder engagement through comprehensive strategies, including early identification of implementation barriers and solutions.
Analyse change impact and develop solutions in consultation with stakeholders, considering cross-organizational impacts and dependencies.
Plan, design, and deliver program-related communications, briefings, workshops, and resource materials to support project implementation.
Address issues affecting project momentum and team capability through strategies related to team handover, knowledge retention, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide input for the design and delivery of capability programs and related resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Coordinate change activities across programs, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation options.
Foster a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment, aligning with core values and focusing on risk mitigation strategies.

Detailed understanding of facilities management, leasing, capital works, occupancy planning, and ancillary support functions within a property management service.
Experience delivering business process improvements for operational efficiency.
Previous experience in change management planning and implementation is desirable.
Strong skills in influencing and motivating stakeholders to drive successful initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and digital reporting systems.
Ability to assist in proposal preparation and deliver presentations for securing new work.
A degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in property operations or a combination of formal education and experience.
