- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and research
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers, ensuring they receive the right products and solutions for their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and products are optimized for the market
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the industrial automation sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong customer relationships
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation components and solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
