Look no further Our client are an Australian-based engineering consulting company, is seeking a talented and experienced HR Officer to join their team in this newly created role due to growth.

Amplitude Consultants Pty Ltd (Amplitude) provide specialist consulting services to clients involved in the transmission and distribution of electricity. With expertise and commitment to excellence, they help clients navigate complex engineering challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being at the forefront of attracting and onboarding top talent to join the organisation.
- Coordinating the onboarding and induction process, end to end.
- Ensuring effective communication and seamless administrative processes to support HR initiatives.
- Supporting the payroll function as required.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation through robust data entry, filing and reporting.
- Providing administrative and advisory support to department managers and a variety of stakeholders across Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
- Supporting managers with performance conversations and documenting personnel meetings.
- Conducting exit interviews with departing employees. Understanding where the business can improve, as they are very open to feedback
- Optimizing the offboarding experience.
- Creating and reviewing company HR policies.
- Degree qualified (Bachelor of Human Resource Management or similar).
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Awards.
- Understanding of the Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards, and Industrial Relations landscape.
- Highly developed communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to use discretion and tact, protect and preserve confidential and/or sensitive information, with an ethical mindset.
- Good understanding or the ability to develop knowledge of remuneration, benefits, and industry trends surrounding non-salary compensation.
