This role is located in **Surry Hills SYDNEY NSW.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake end-to-end case management activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Analyze complex AAT matters, developing options for early resolution.
- Obtain necessary information and advice for effective resolution.
- Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings conducted by the AAT.
- Prepare detailed documents outlining resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings.
- Assess and respond to priorities and risks, considering participant well-being, Scheme sustainability, and client objectives.
- Maintain electronic record-keeping, ensuring transparency in decision-making processes.

- Proven experience in risk assessment and prioritisation
- Ability to interpret complex legislation and policy
