**The Opportunity**:
We’re excited to welcome a new Allocations and Administrative Officer to our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating care staff placements for our clients across Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria, NSW and QLD ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Alongside this, you’ll handle key administrative tasks that are crucial to our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Book and replace nurses and care staff daily, ensuring accurate records in our advanced rostering systems
- Forward-book nurses and care staff to meet future needs and maintain up-to-date records
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all team members
- Support administrative tasks that help us achieve our business goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Keen attention to detail
- Confident, resourceful, and positive attitude
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Practical problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in office administration is a plus

**Availability**:
Office hours are from 5 am to 11 pm, Monday to Friday. Availability during these hours is essential.
