- Manage and resolve any customer complaints
- Receive inbound customer service requests
- Log and update service cases
- Monitor all customer requests
- Update aged cases
- Perform as the central point of contact for both internal and external customers

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:

- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A clear and professional phone manner
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and act as a team player
- Excellent work ethic
- Adequate keyboarding skills
- Intermediate in Word and Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
