**About the role**

Sales Associates are responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through inbound/outbound leads and assisting our Tyro Health customers in solving for their claiming and payments needs.

Being a Sales Associate in the Tyro Health team means you will be part of a team who are supporting the growth and needs of vital service providers such as GP’s, Allied Health Professionals and Pharmacists, while ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

**What you'll do**:

- Action inbound calls to prospective customers.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present and promote products/services using effective sales techniques.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Uphold and contribute to Tyro's strong risk culture by complying with our policies, completing mandatory training and identifying and managing risks within your day-to-day work.

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in inbound/outbound phone sales.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- General understanding of the financial services industry.
- General understanding of the Australian health industry specifically payments and claiming.
- General understanding of payments equipment and Point of Sale systems.
- Problem solving & customer needs analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
