At NHP, we are leading the way with innovative solutions that drive success. As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Data and Reporting Manager.

**Data and Reporting Manager**
**, **you will be a pivotal part of our Digital team. Your role will involve creating and maintaining robust data governance structures, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data, and providing valuable insights through standardized reporting. By leading a team of dedicated ERP, PIM/DAM and BI data professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our data processes and enhancing overall data validity.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Develop and implement data governance guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable data across the organisation
- Establish data control measures and validation processes to monitor and improve data quality and integrity
- Lead and manage a team of data professionals, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure high quality data management and reporting deliverables
- Design and develop standardised reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to provide timely and accurate information to internal stakeholders
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure efficient and accurate data management
- Conduct data audits and analysis to identify data quality issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and own our BI strategy and roadmap, utilising modern analytics and machine learning techniques.
- Creating a data driven culture using creating insights and turning these into actionable business decisions.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline
- Proven experience in data management and data governance, data quality control and ETL processes
- Excellent leadership and management skills to lead and inspire a team
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them in effective data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach
- Knowledge and awareness of the following technology stack is advantageous: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Machine Learning, PowerBI, Microsoft Synapse, Microsoft Data Factory, Microsoft Dynamics F & O, Dynamics CE, Dynamics Marketing, Power Platform, IOM, Enterworks, Sitecore, Purecloud, BI360
