**About the Role**

This role supports the administration and coordination of our capability and development plans and initiatives across icare to ensure effective program delivery. You will coordinate support systems including data interpretation, analysing options/alternatives, reporting on program outcomes, managing project plans, timelines, procurement, and financial administrative processes.

This is a key position in our Culture & Capability team, supporting culturally aligned, best practice capability programs and helping to identify continuous improvement opportunities, enabling us to strengthen icare’s culture of collaboration, growth and achievement.

**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; in this role, you will:

- Organise logistics for initiatives that are delivered by the Capability team including room/venue booking, executing communications plans, catering and other Capability activities.
- Coordinate the end to end logistics of onsite training courses, including booking meeting rooms, printing, catering and facilitator liaison.
- Complete administration tasks e.g. booking focus groups, scheduling team, network and working group meetings, creating agendas, documenting minutes and actions, booking of rooms, catering.
- Assist with the implementation of events/initiatives within timelines and budget, act quickly to either escalate or resolve problems that may arise.
- Coordinate the procurement process, ensure vendors are paid per terms and record and track team spend.
- Administer the Capability catalogue, registration and enrolment process via our Learning Management System in PaL (Performance and Learning).
- Provide up to date, accurate reporting utilising PaL reporting tools and consolidating data, preparing standard format reports and dashboards.

**Skills & Experience**
- Recent experience in similar culture and capability program support roles.
- Experience using LMS SuccessFactors, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent administrative, planning and project coordination capabilities.
- Self-driven, adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to learn and develop their skills.
