You will be accountable for the provision of customer focused enquiry and enrolment services to meet customer needs and enhance Chisholm Institute’s business.

You will interact directly with customers and students in a professional manner to provide information and assistance throughout their various stages of their journey.

Your key accountabilities will be to:

- Receive and distribute incoming institute enquiries through to relevant teams
- Provide current students with general enquiry support with a focus on first point resolution
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to all internal and external customers with general enquiries such as certificate collection, parking permits, general directions to ensure that the customer experience is positive
- Support internal and external enquiries in a professional and engaging manner aligned to Chisholm’s Customer Service Guidelines
- Participate in weekly team meetings to communicate operational activity and to contribute to the operation of the team
- Provide engagement session support, ensuring enrolment compliance and efficient administration
- Provide enrolment administration support to students in a professional and engaging manner aligned to Chisholm’s Customer Service Guidelines

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have relevant qualification at a minimum of post-secondary level or equivalent relevant experience and demonstrated evidence of ongoing professional development.

Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in customer service and administration experience in complex environments.

You are a highly motivated person with effective self-management skills including the ability to manage time, set priorities, plan and organise work.
