Customer Relationship Management/student Management

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Student Management System (SMS) Support Officer provides support to the Team Leader CRM/SMS through assisting with CRM and SMS maintenance, configuration and acceptance testing of new releases and patches. The role is responsible for contributing to the effective day-to-day administrative and operational activities of Chisholm’s CRM and SMS which are currently Ellucian CRM Recruit and STRATA respectively.
The position is integral to the Academic Administration team and will provide assistance and advice to staff on the use of Ellucian CRM Recruit and STRATA, including the underlying business processes and needs within the context of enhancing Chisholm’s capacity to achieve its business objectives. The position works closely with IT Services, Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services, other staff, Chisholm customers and external suppliers.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Providing assistance and support to the Team Leader CRM/SMS with the administration and maintenance of the CRM and SMS to meet the needs of Chisholm and in the implementation of enhancements and upgrades.
- Extracting business-related data from the CRM, SMS and other databases (where required) using appropriate software tools.
- Providing input into identifying and implementing changes to drive cost effective outcomes, efficiencies and policies across administrative operations within the business.
- Actively engaging in the Academic Administration planning process and in the implementation of changes and/or the introduction of new processes, in line with the long term operational strategies of Chisholm.
**ABOUT YOU**
You will have a relevant diploma level qualification and/or extensive experience working with a customer relationship management system, student management system or significant transactional databases with high level computer competence and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Crucial to your success will be your excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills used in delivering quality customer service including obtaining information from different sources and your excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
