Customer Service Administrator - Temporary to Permanent - Cockburn WA - Competitive Hourly Rate - Immediate Vacancy

Are you someone with a flair for providing exceptional support in an office environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our client's dynamic team in Cockburn WA for a temporary assignment.

This role is scheduled for Monday to Friday with working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 8am-4pm.

Hourly rate is $33 p/h + super - Weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently managing incoming telephone inquiries
- Recording and processing orders via various communication channels
- Assisting customers with pricing queries and stock availability
- Coordinating with logistics partners to track and ensure timely deliveries
- Handling backorders and non-collected orders in collaboration with relevant teams
- Monitoring and managing order lines effectively
- Providing counter sales support when needed
- Processing invoices and credits
- Handling incoming mail distribution
- Managing literature replenishment

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous Immediate availability to commence work
