**Casual Administration Assistant - to commence 1**st** May 2023**

A fantastic opportunity exists within MDHS for a flexible, motivated and customer focused individual to join the Administration team on a casual basis. In this varied and dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and outstanding administration support to a range of departments across MDHS including General Administration and Main Reception, Community Services, Medical Imaging, Acute Services, Residential Aged Care, Health Information and the Centre of Inspired Learning.

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**

**Qualifications / Experience**
- Qualification and/or experience in Administration desirable.

**Specialist Expertise**
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office programs and other programs utilised by MDHS departments including iPM.
- Demonstrated excellent phone technique and customer service focus KSC
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of effective, efficient and confidential clerical and administrative support, using initiative and flexibility with a high level of attention to detail

**Personal Qualities**
- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to initiate review of systems and procedures as applicable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to be flexible and attentive to the varied and changing requirements of a busy office environment.
