**About the Role**

We are seeking a results driven Outbound Sales Specialist, with a never quit attitude to join on a full time permanent basis, the working hours required for this role are Monday to Friday 7am start through to 5pm. The role is fast paced and variable with no day being the same.

**Responsibilities are but not limited to**
- Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, as well as cold and warm lead outbound calling
- Source new business leads through, connections, cold calling and networking
- Prepare customer quotes and provide technical information regarding Access' products
- Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to increase overall customer value
- Work alongside our Sales and Operations teams to achieve targeted business goals
- Be available for hours of work 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Experience within the Hire industry or another industry similar would be highly advantageous but is not necessary for the right person
- A demonstrated capacity to pick up and learn a broad range of technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to identify and create new business opportunities
- Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to persuade, negotiate and resolve conflict
- Assertiveness, tenacity with a demonstrable sense of urgency, determination, and resilience
- Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisational structure
- The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment effectively, meet deadlines and successfully prioritize work
