**The Role**
Our client is seeking to engage the services of an EL1 Assistant Director of Data and Reporting to be the delegated authority and responsibility to lead data collation and analysis.

The position will provide the leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for team members working within the position’s assigned Work Area.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Providing oversight and management of regular reporting, data analysis and data management.
- Support development and maintenance of economic and pricing performance dashboards.
- Designing statistical and mathematical models required for product pricing.
- Lead the market analysis of provider activities and trendlines.
- Planning and leading ad hoc and other report production requests.
- Effectively communicating (verbally and in writing) and presenting the outcomes of work undertaken, tailored to context.
- Participating in data forums and supporting ongoing data transformation process
- Cultivate relationships with the external stakeholders who have an interest in our data and outputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

**About You**
- Two years’ experience with coaching and mentoring others.
- Have demonstrated ability in tools such as excel/VBA and R or other programming language such as Python.
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL.
- Proven experience with clean / transform / summarise large data sets.
- High level of interpersonal communication and relationship management skills including negotiating outcomes, networking with and influencing stakeholders
