- Prepare and present quarterly Sell-in presentations to your assigned Customer Partners, displaying the adidas Footwear, Apparel and Hardware range in an engaging and informative way. (in person or digital showings)

- To understand your assigned Customer Partners and provide range feedback, sell thru analysis, market intelligence and strategic initiatives to further increase market share and profitability of your assigned accounts.
- To organise and conduct customer sell-in meetings, with the ability to clearly communicate guided assortments, seasonal focus products and technological updates.
- Prepare sales tools and customer catalogue to assist with go to market presentations
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the customer’s experience with adidas are handled in a prompt and positive manner.
- To visit your assigned customers regularly - both metro and regionally, respecting the physical and digital store visit guidelines and ensuring you are meeting the needs of your customer partner and their staff.
- To ensure utilisation of online portals across the store networks through training and ongoing support.
- Conduct detailed analysis of your store’s performance, sell thru and digital presence with the ability to spot trends or opportunities for improvement.
- To complete weekly order hold checks and ensure the timely delivery of orders.
- To support negotiation and enforcement of adidas Group trade terms.
- Provide customer partners retail staff product training
- Confidently run reports and analyse data using Microsoft Office programs.

- To measure progress on own KPIs.
- To monitor all relevant internal and external reports
- To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance.
- To monitor and report on customers and competitors’ activities and propose/initiate/take actions.
- To ensure customer compliance with agreements.
- KPIs:
- Total net sales and standard margin development according to budget.
- Market shares with assigned Field Key Accounts and categories.
- Adherence to sales working budget.
- Implementation support for area initiatives.
- Key Relationships:
- Market - Customer Service, Sales Operations, Credit, Field Key Account Team, Brand, Marketing, Category.- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Functional
- 2 years in sales, ideally with wholesale focus.
- Industry - Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
- Exposure - Sports, Marketing, Retail, Business, Digital/E-Commerce.
- Strong analytical ability with a good level of understanding of excel and use of reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, previous experience in presenting to groups and phone sales advantageous.
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- High school certificate.
- Commercial apprenticeship.
