An exciting opportunity is available for a Workplace Technology Manager at a global leading IT consultancy. This is a permanent position, located in Sydney CBD. The company offers a modern on-site working environment. Due to the nature of the role requires you to be on-site full-time.

**Your new role**

Your role involves overseeing and optimising the technological infrastructure supporting an organisation’s workforce. You orchestrate the integration and efficient operation of various technologies, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity. Your responsibilities span from implementing cutting-edge tools and software to providing technical support for end-users. In this pivotal role, you collaborate with cross-functional teams, address technology-related challenges, and strategically plan the evolution of workforce technology.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a workplace technology manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Netscope, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and Intune
- Proficiency in managing and optimising Active Directory
- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols
- Demonstrated ability to implement and support technology solutions in a corporate environment
- Experience in developing and executing technology strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Effective troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide technical support to end-users
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and a proactive approach to security
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Capacity to stay updated on emerging workplace technology trends and integrate relevant advancements into the organization’s infrastructure.
