**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide quotes, process orders, and manage order entry efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries about delivery timelines and order status.

- Follow up on outstanding quotes to enhance conversion rates.
- Coordinate transportation, collection, and delivery of spare parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Additional tasks to be added to the role over time for professionals who like a challenge.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the pumping industry or engineered products sector preferred.
- Familiarity with tender/quote, bid preparation, and submission processes.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic aligned with corporate standards.
- Capability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated expertise in spare parts and parts interpretation.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding.
- Proficiency in SAP and experience with CRM systems.
- Effective communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
