About the Role

Elders Real Estate is seeking an experienced Senior Property Operations Coordinator to join our team in Ipswich on a permanent full-time basis.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take their career to the next level in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Senior Property Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our property management business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our Property Management team with administrative tasks, marketing, and preparing leasing agreements
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and trades to ensure seamless operations
  • Schedule routine inspections, record reports, and follow up on maintenance requests
  • Manage tenant communications, including rent arrears, lease renewals, and property concerns
  • Assist with entry and exit inspections and oversee the preparation of tenancy agreements
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations, such as smoke alarms and pool safety
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Valid driver's license and Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology and systems
  • Previous experience in administration or customer-focused roles
  • Flexibility across working hours for property inspections and open homes
  • Local knowledge of the Ipswich region
