**The Organization**:
Our client is a growing and well-established medium-sized maintenance plumbing contractor based in Altona. For over 25 years, they have consistently worked with federal, local government and private education in providing reactive maintenance with a strong philosophy around safety and customer service.

**The role**:
They are looking to hire an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their growing team and provide much-needed support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This position involves a diverse range of administrative tasks and requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, perform data entry tasks, and organize files both electronically (via their systems and CRMs) and in hard copy when required.
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
- Serve as a communication liaison between internal departments, external partners, and clients.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in other CRMs such as SAP or Salesforce is an added bonus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Knowledge of Simpro is preferable but not compulsory.
