Are you a superstar when it comes to the planning and coordination of policies and procedures? Or perhaps, you are more inclined to assist the team and act as a key point of contact in all admin duties?

**Administrator and Coordinator** positions for one of Victoria's leading peak bodies for learning, training and development
With the office based in East Melbourne, it is very accessible by public transport with a train station at the end of the street. These positions are Hybrid, allowing you the option to WFH and also be flexible with your working hours.
**What does your day look like?**
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include
**coordinating training activities**,
**administration work** for the operations team and
**ensuring highest possibility of training** is delivered to all existing and potential customers. These position both require high levels of
**Customer Service,** one more front facing and one in the background slightly more.
**Skills Required**:
- Previous experience in a similar admin/ coordination/ clerical position
- Excellent planning, organisation, accuracy, attention to detail
- Sound judgement, analysis and decision-making skills
- Very good interpersonal and written skills
- The ability to relate work independently but also for the internal team.
- Knowledge of ASQA, VET or Cert in IV Training desirable*
