**About you**:
As an experienced and passionate leader you will have demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring and instructing others, including the coordination and allocation of workload.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build effective stakeholder relationships.
- You will have experience and be comfortable working with executive leadership representatives on the development, implementation and delivery of enterprise-wide strategy, programs and operational practices to successfully support the strategic objectives of the business.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in planning, business management, program management or change management.
- Current Driver’s Licence

Highly desirable but not essential:

- Diploma or Degree level qualification in business or STEM field,
- Prince2, Agile MSP qualification.
