Reporting to the Manager, HSW Enabling & Support, we are seeking a passionate safety professional to join our dedicated Health and Safety team.

Partnering with the business, this role provides professional coaching, advice and support on the continued development and delivery of Urban Utilities HSW framework, ensuring legislative requirements and organisation objectives are met.

You will enjoy variety in your week, whether you're out at site, working in head office or from home.

Working collaboratively with our Service Delivery team you will communicate and connect with a broad range of stakeholders and not afraid to get amongst the muck This role is responsible for proactively partnering with the business and operational leadership to support the consistent delivery and implementation of HSW activities across the organisation in order to improve on HSW outcomes and performance.

About you:

  • Bachelor in Workplace Health and Safety or similar discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Health and Safety advisory and leadership coaching roles within highrisk industry incorporating key construction and contractor delivery
