Triple Zero Victoria provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for police, fire, ambulance and VICSES. **About the Role**:
The Project Coordinator provides critical project administration services to assist with the successful delivery of an array of exciting Transformational projects and programs.
- Organise project related meetings and workshops, including preparation of agenda, meeting materials and minutes.
- Support tracking of project budgets and related financial activities, including reforecast as part of mid-cycle budget reviews.
- Oversee project procurement activities and track progress.
- Support designated Project and Program Managers by maintaining core project management artefacts including (but not limited to) Risk, Action, Issue and Decision registers.

This is a 2 year fixed-term opportunity.

**About You**:

- A well organised and proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deal with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience taking minutes in technical and non-technical forums
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong understanding of the project life cycle, terminology, and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
