About the role:


This position plays a pivotal role in the coordination of a range of activities in support of the Land and Building Services Team which is responsible for the management of the substantial CFA real estate assets portfolio.

Reporting to the Manager Asset Services, you will provide administrative support to the Asset Services team, assist with minor works project delivery and be responsible for the management and coordination of the Assets Register database.


About you:


As the Project Officer, you will be experienced in using maintenance/assets management reporting and data management systems, demonstrating your experience in the administrative support of building works programs, minor works projects and building construction or facilities management.

Experience with MS Office and SAP is essential and working knowledge of building regulations, the town planning processes and building tendering and contracting processes is important to this role.

High level communication skills, the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary project team and build strong relationships with stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.
