We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Business Projects team and provide a key support function for Project Managers and cross-functional project teams.

The Project Coordinator facilitates/supports project and solution implementation activities including data analysis, reviews, process mapping, procedure development, reporting, systems implementation/refinement, use case testing and systems training and evaluation.


What you bring:

  • Project Management/Process improvement qualification/certification
  • A minimum of one years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing/supporting multiple inflight projects/initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement/relationship management skills
  • High level report/submission writing skills
  • Exceptional planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Experience working within the aged, community and/or disability sectors and/or skills in Microsoft Project, Power BI and/or SharePoint are highly regarded.
