Collar Group is currently in the process of hiring an
**Motor Assessing Manager** to join the team of one of our favourite clients, a leading Insurtech known for pioneering innovation and efficiency in their field.

Founded by 2 of the very best leaders in the industry, our client is looking to bring in a mature and purpose driven professional, comfortable being empowered to do their job autonomously and remotely, to help service their substantial VIC portfolio of Insurers, Brokers and Repairers.

**The Role**

The role of a Motor Assessing Manager can be incredibly rewarding and challenging, with key responsibilities including:

- Managing a team of 10 Motor Assessors
- Review and check the work of the Motor Assessors to ensure accuracy.
- Conducting regular audits and maintaining quality control measures
- Providing guidance and solutions to address issues
- Collaborate with assessors to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively
- Facilitate with recruitment, onboarding, training and development and performance monitoring
