Your unique contribution

Reporting into the Head of Independents you will lead the NSW team of 11 Account Managers in multi-channel sales across the full Pernod Ricard portfolio

This role is a key leadership role in motivating, mentoring, coaching, and supporting the team in meeting business goals.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering the execution plan, identifying future growth and partnership opportunities, and reporting on the progress to the Sales Leadership Team. You will have strong relationships with key clients and assist the Account Managers in territory planning and strategic business reviews.

Just like our iconic brands we can offer you a career with a perfect blend of benefits, career opportunities, and ethical responsibility linked to our core values all mixed with our culture of conviviality.- Lead, motivate and influence the team to achieve commercial objectives and revenue targets- Ensure achievement of key metrics - distribution, activation, customer coverage/frequency, and Net Sales - by each individual and State target- Develop strong relationships with key customers, management teams, and wholesaler partners in conjunction with the State Account Manager- Foster a culture of teamwork, conviviality and entrepreneurship to improve business effectiveness and the commitment to the results.- Play a key role as a member of our Field Leadership Team (FLT) to shape and execute our Field Sales Roadmap
