The Vision Care business unit of Bausch + Lomb is primarily focused on contact lenses and lens care solutions which address patients’ everyday eye conditions and also include specific conditions, such as Myopia, Hyperopia, Astigmatism, and Presbyopia. We offer a broad portfolio of products to help Eye Care Practitioners solve the most challenging patient visual demands, featuring cutting edge materials blended with incredibly innovative optical designs.

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a high performing Field Sales Manager to lead a small team of sales specialists across QLD/NSW servicing both independent and key account optometrists.

**Day to day responsibilities include**:
Plan, direct and monitor the activities of the team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Provide in field coaching to the territory managers

Meet/exceed the territory sales targets and sales KPIs for the given territory

Execute effective sales calls within the Optometry channel and move business forward by using marketing materials, programs and selling techniques to increase share of Bausch + Lomb contact lens prescriptions and recommendations

Develop account business plans for high volume customers that create sustainable growth trajectories with consideration of investment and financial impact for both customer and Bausch + Lomb

Responsible for executing an effective call cycle plan and formulating a strategic territory business plan to develop new customers and accelerate growth with existing customers

Demonstrate technical proficiency and clinical knowledge of all Bausch + Lomb Vision Care products as well as competitive products

Utilise CRM system to maintain accurate customer information and account progress continuum

To provide support for the Vision Care business through attending meetings, trade displays and conferences with the objective of maintaining and expanding the company’s customer base.

**Qualifications/Experience Required**:
3+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a record of achieving and exceeding results.

Consistent track record of achievement of targets and team leadership

Demonstrate understanding of effective selling and coaching ability

Ability to anticipate, understand, prioritise, and meet customer needs

High aptitude for data analysis

Able to effectively utilize Microsoft Office suite of products and standard digital technology tools

Valid driver’s license
