Client Services Administrator

**Position Summary**:
The Client Services Administrator will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing administrative support, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, client communication, and coordinating with various departments within the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication and Support**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and policies.
**Administrative Support**:
Maintain organized client records and databases.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of client reports, invoices, and documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
**Client Onboarding and Documentation**:
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documents and information are collected and processed accurately.
Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
**Issue Resolution**:
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management for further resolution.
**Client Feedback and Reporting**:
Gather and document client feedback to improve services and address any areas of improvement.
Generate and analyze client satisfaction reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in client services, customer support, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using Xero preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
