Nexia Perth has an opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator role. You will provide administrative and client services functions to the professional team.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Liaising between clients and accounting team members to ensure deadlines are met
- Assisting in client administration and processes
- Preparing and reviewing forms, correspondence and other documents for clients as needed to support the accounting team
- Australian Taxation Office telephone calls, obtaining information from the ATO portal, correspondence and lodgements
- Maintaining databases
- Client telephone calls and correspondence
- General administration duties for the accounting team

**The successful applicant will have the following attributes**:

- Ability to provide personable and quality service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work well autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi task, prioritise and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn, be proactive and have a 'can-do' attitude
- Experience within a professional services firm is highly desirable
- Experience working with an offshore team desirable but not essential
