**The Opportunity**

This key position of Fixed Operations Manager, Southern Region is now available Based from our Mulgrave Corporate office and reporting into the Regional Aftersales Manager, the key purpose is to influence and motivate our dealers to deliver exceptional customer service, alongside a strong and robust parts and service operations function. Thus continuing the delivery of increased customer retention and repeat purchasers of the Nissan brand

**ABOUT YOU**

Proven experience in a high performing Aftersales environment with a mix of experience that ideally includes both Parts and Service.

Experience with KPIs: GRP Revenue, Accessories Revenue, APNUR, Service Retention, Customer Satisfaction is essential.

Ability to understand sales data and find prospects.

**DRIVERS**

Parts Sales Execution - Ensure Dealerships achieve GRP and Accessory objectives.

Aftersales Business Planning - Develop and business plans for Aftersales departments.

Dealer Standards & Contact Reporting - Ensure dealerships meet Nissan’s required standards & routinely document dealer performance.

**KEY FEATURES**

This is a highly autonomous role allowing you to manage and prioritise your time

The focus of this role is to work with dealers on a regular basis therefore there will be some travel both intra and interstate.

This is a dynamic and fast paced role touching many facets of aftersales.
