**_Are you an experienced Operations Manager ready to take on a new opportunity? Titan Cranes are seeking a National Operations Manager to take ownership of our hoists division across Australia and New Zealand. _**

**About the role**:
This role will be responsible for overseeing the internal operations processes and ensuring the unit is both cost-effective and delivering the highest quality to our clients. You will manager the overall performance of the Hoist business commercially, operationally, quality and safety.

Some of the responsibilities of the role may include:

- Overseeing daily operations of the business unit or organisation such as the production, pricing, margins, sales, and distribution of all hoist products to the customers.
- Creating and implementing growth strategies.
- Evaluating and deciding upon investments in hoist equipment, spare parts, infrastructure, and people.
- Reviewing budgets, costs and sales or other performance data to measure productivity and margin analysis.
- Identifying areas needing cost reduction or process improvement in the Hoist division.
- Directing sales and operations to ensure alignment with process, costs, and margin.
- Ensuring safety and quality of the products are adhered to at all times.
- Working in conjunction with the team in order to develop a system to manage assets and effective deliver projects timeously to customers and within the margins and targets set out.
- Taking overall accountability and ownership of the Hoist Division.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred)
- 5 or more years’ experience in a similar Business Analysis role.
- Experience within the construction industry and knowledge of the product that is supplied to the industry is vital.
- Strong ability to build relationships with people at all levels, and have an analytical, proactive, and innovative approach to work.
