This successful House construction company is now seeking a assistance administration to join the residential team. The main focus of this position will be to provide exceptional service and knowledge to our clients throughout the process of selecting colours and fittings for their new home.

Your Responsibilities

You will ensure that the visit to the showroom adds value to the consumer in their decorative solution selection process by:

- Assisting customers with the selection of tiles, carpet, colours, and plumbing and electrical fittings for their dream home
- Providing colour, trends and design solutions to customers
- Reading and interpreting house and electrical plans to create inspirational designs
- Vision, passion and enthusiasm for residential design
- Ability to work 5 days per week -Monday to friday
- Hold a qualification in construction and / or be working in a flooring or building products environment.
- A minimum 1 years experience dealing directly with architects/interior designers/builders/owner builders
- Ability to read floor plans
- Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
- High levels of organisational and time management skills enabling you to effectively work to an appointment schedule
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
- A strong attention to detail
- Be confident, well presented and have excellent interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
