**We’re seeking an experienced and confident Customer Service Representative, to join our team at Austral Masonry, in Yatala or Caloundra QLD.**

**Duties include but are not limited to**

***:

- Provide customers with friendly professional advice on the full range of Austral Masonry products including Concrete Sleeper Retaining Walls, Block Retaining Walls, Masonry Blocks, Pavers and Urbanstone.- Accurately process customer purchase orders, quotations and invoicing daily.
- Print, collate, issue and receive delivery dockets.
- Liaise with yard staff regarding trucks entering yard for delivery, stock checks, samples, unloading areas and amendments to delivery dockets and orders.
- Process cash sales, including money handling and preparation of bank deposits, credit card purchases and preparation of daily banking in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor product samples and replenish stocks accordingly.
- Adhere to pricing Matrix and use correct pricing authority codes including confirming all pricing with customers/reps before processing an order.
- Ensure that all credits are minimised and processed within 7 days.
- Ensure all work areas, displays and front office is maintained, in a tidy, clean, and presentable manner to the public always.**Success Requirements**

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role/environment providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.- Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using JDE or other customer order systems.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
