**About the business**

Rowcon Recycling is the largest privately owned construction & demolition waste recycler on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in concrete recycling & construction waste management at our purpose-built state of the art recycling facility located at Caloundra.

We process waste concrete, brick & asphalt materials into high quality drainage aggregates & roadbase products supplying civil contractors & major infrastructure projects with environmentally sustainable solutions.

**About the Role**

We currently have a position available for a dynamic **customer service** focused individual to join our team. The role is based in our new vibrant Sunshine Coast offices, working within an experienced and supportive customer service team to provided customers with clean, green recycled materials options for their construction projects.

Typical duties include:

- Handling incoming calls from customers and responding to queries about the company, products & services.
- Providing customer quotes and processing orders.
- Updating and maintaining records of customer interactions

Rowcon Recycling's diverse service offering means you will experience greater work variety and, through one-on-one training, gain an intimate understanding of the construction industry while working with a leading materials supplier.

**About You**

You will have experience working within customer service teams or sales environments, either individually or as part of a team and be proficient with basic sales processes.

Being an office-based position, you will enjoy interacting with customers over the phone whilst being structured and disciplined to execute customers requests and close out work orders.

You will value working relationships with your colleagues and customers, demonstrating the importance of building rapport and confidence with your customers to enhance relationships.

Experience and industry knowledge is desired although not essential, as full comprehensive one on one training is provided.

Pay: $52,760.00 - $78,120.34 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
