**Location**: Sydney CBD with hybrid and flexible working options.
**Employment**: 6 month temporary contract
**Salary Range**: Up to $115,797. Package includes salary ($93,295 - $102,941), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

**The Role**

The Technical Support Officer provides broad-ranging Tier 1 and 2 support to users utilising a range of media (including the infrastructure environment and software) to troubleshoot and resolve issues of moderate complexity across the organisation’s ICT environment.

**A**bout you**

You will:

- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and new users across the organisation resolving ICT technical issues.
- Be able to balance competing tasks, including project work and service desk responsibilities.
- Provide timely and relevant advice to leadership regarding emerging topics or issues.
- Utilise previous experience working on an ICT service desk to manage onsite, cloud, hybrid network and end user computing environments.
