**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit and train new sales agents
- Set sales targets and motivate sales team
- Performance management and ongoing training of sales team
- Preparation of sales reports
- Rostering, incentives and payment of team
- Provide insights to inform sales strategy
- Leading by example and getting on the phone as needed

**About You**:

- 5+ years of experience in telesales
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Tech-savviness; you’ll be using multiple systems in your role
- Willing to work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, challenging, results-driven, and fun
