**About the role**
**Main tasks**: The primary focus in this position is to lead a team of 8 professionals, creating a positive and high-performing work environment that encourages growth and success.

**Other tasks**:

- **Develop** and implement robust sales strategies for B2B and B2C customers, including pipeline management and execution.
- **Ensure** the business development and client engagement team delivers top-tier service, guaranteeing a positive, person-centred, high-quality experience for referrers and potential clients.
- **Oversee** the measurement and enhancement of key performance metrics in your team, encouraging customer engagement excellence.
- **Cultivate** positive stakeholder relationships, driving the organisation's continued growth and success.
- **Manage** and attain annual sales targets, actively contributing to the organisation's growth and missions.

- Relevant, sales or customer service, team leadership experience
- A valid driver's licence
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check if not already obtained
