**career defining transactions in a collaborative and high performing team.** This newly created role will offer a high calibre Associate the opportunity to work across two renowned partners who are engaged in the career development of their team.

**Role**
The role will see you advising companies, financiers, insolvency practitioners, investors, and directors on restructuring and insolvency matters. The team also advises companies and financiers on a wide variety of debt and structured capital markets transactions.

Working as part of a collaborative team you will be provided both the autonomy and guidance to develop your career for the long term. You will work on market leading domestic and global R&I matters. You will
**likely have between 3-5 years' PAE gained in R&I at a top-tier or leading mid-tier firm. Alternatively, you may have broad Banking & Finance experience** and seeking more variety in the transactions you are exposed to.
