Team Secretary/receptionist

JJones Partners Insolvency & Restructuring is a Firm of Chartered Accountants specialising in business recovery, restructuring and all forms of corporate and personal insolvency.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Team Secretary/Receptionist to join working on both personal and corporate insolvency administrations.
Your role consists of a wide variety of tasks including:
**Insolvency Team Duties**
- Typing/Amendments/Format letters and reports
- Lodge bankruptcy documents and other forms via AFSA Registry portal
- Prepare and lodge Forms online with ASIC for corporate insolvency matters
- Prepare and lodge advertisements on ASIC Insolvency Notices for corporate insolvency matters
- Conduct searches for investigations and PPSR
- Arrange incoming / outgoing mail
- New client set up on Core
**General Duties**
**- **Reception duties including answering the phone
**- **Kitchen duties
**- **Arrange couriers
**- **Assist with administration tasks as required
**- **Assist with organising of Jones Partners Functions/Seminars
Experience in a professional services firm and/or Office Administration studies is desirable but not essential for this position. Training and mentoring will be provided as part of your employment. Remuneration will be based on skills and experience.
