Restructuring and Insolvency Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Supervisor to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our insolvency team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic, commercial, and financial advice to our restructuring clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage insolvency investigations and associated reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
- Prepare reports to creditors, outcome statements, and deficiency accounts, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise.
- Manage asset realisations, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate trading administrations, providing guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic, commercial, and financial advice to restructuring clients, leveraging your technical knowledge and industry expertise.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including lawyers, valuation agents, government bodies, and agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist with the management and development of more junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
- 5+ years of insolvency experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- CA/CPA qualification, with a deep understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
- ARITA/TMA memberships, demonstrating your commitment to professional development and industry engagement.
- Developed technical insolvency knowledge, with a focus on restructuring and forensics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
- Developed ethical values, with a strong commitment to integrity and professionalism.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling reports and presentations.
- A team-focused approach, with a desire to motivate and mentor more junior team members.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Desire to develop referral networks, leveraging your professional connections to drive business growth.
