We are currently looking for energetic assistants to join our team to assist with delivering our iconic ‘Little Hands on the Land’ activation at the 2023 Sydney Royal Easter Show.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be required to supervise and monitor the day-to-day operations of Little Hands on the Land whilst providing effective customer service and educational messages to our patrons.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

- Proven experience working within the Events industry
- Proven experience in customer service
- Proven experience in working in small and large teams
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Proven history of being punctual & reliable
- Ability to manage and address customer concerns in an appropriate and timely manner
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Be energetic and committed with a "can-do" attitude
- Have an outstanding work ethic and impeccable grooming
- Be able to work weekdays, weekends and late nights
- Be legally entitled to live & work in Australia

We manage the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry and the Sydney Showground. The RAS has a team of over 130 full-time staff and an indispensable pool of casual staff who work on the Easter Show, and other Sydney Showground events.
