**Essential requirements**:

- Minimum two years experience in a similar management role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience

- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and communicated
- Current RSA
- Experience using H&L, Ivy & Seven Rooms desirable
